This autumn, Jennifer Rowley travels to New York, Texas, North Carolina, and Ohio for several concerts and masterclasses before heading to Prague for her role and house debut at the National Theatre Prague. Ms. Rowley begins the tour at SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music hosting a masterclass in Snell Hall on September 20, and following she leads a masterclass with Fort Worth Opera’s Lesley Resident Artists on September 27. She then sings an unforgettable concert of arias and duets, on September 28 at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, joined by her husband, New York City Opera baritone Raymond Diaz, and FWO Artistic Director Joe Illick at the piano.
On October 12, Ms. Rowley returns to the Salisbury Symphony after her thrilling performance at their “Evening at the Met” fundraiser earlier this year. This concert, titled “Opera Fireworks,” will feature Strauss’ Vier letzte Lieder, opera selections from I vespri siciliani, La Traviata, and Aida. The Salisbury Symphony Orchestra and Chorale will accompany Ms. Rowley. She ends the tour in Ohio: first with a masterclass at Bowling Green State University’s Bryan Recital Hall on October 24, and then she performs at Toledo Opera’s gala concert on October 25 at the Valentine Theatre.
